We noticed when he fell into a hole and could not get out again. Husband and I felt very guilty as we had digged that hole. We took him out, placed him in a big basket, gave him water and food and had a trip to the vet, to check if he was OK. The vet told us to keep it in the garden and not to carry him anywhere else. So we named him Ronald, put him back into the garden and secured the hole. He somehow seemed to remember that we treated him nicely and that even being inside our house hasn't done him any harm. When he starts his inspection trips in the late hours of the day he will walk into our house from time to time through the living room door, which is usually open when it is hot in summer. He usually just sits there for a while, then starts grunting, when he feels everything is all right and leaves us again. Last autumn we have piled up a heap of twigs and according to the noise comming out of the heap he obviously made himself comfortable there for the winter. <BR/>Trikes are really great. Good to read you enjoy yours. A friend of mine used to have one he could operate with his hands, which was very exhausting. He changed to an electric one now and we have been on a cycling tour and a picknick about a month ago for the first time ever. That was good fun for all of us!BloggingMonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17767164739217269193noreply@blogger.com
